3. Comprehensive Health: We understand that employee health is a fundamental pillar for their well-being and development. For this reason, we have implemented promotion and prevention strategies to accompany them every day and provide them with the tools available to ensure their well-being.

4. Emergency preparedness and prevention: We have designed prevention, preparation, and emergency care programs, articulated with the Company’s business continuity plan, that allow us to anticipate events that may occur, prioritizing protections for our employees’ lives, the environment, impacts upon our neighbors, and, finally, continuity of our processes.

5. Legal compliance: we are committed to complying with current workplace health and safety regulations and the requirements of our customers and certifying entities. We have management commitment to carrying out all the actions required for implementation.

Threads of hope: en el año 2014 nace en nuestra planta textil ubicada en el municipio de Marinilla, proyecto social empresarial, que busca darle una nueva disposición a excedentes de producción de la Compañía que ya no son comercializables, brindando así, la oportunidad a las comunidades aledañas a nuestra planta, para la creación de emprendimientos.

Hoy el programa tiene 5 líneas estratégicas de funcionamiento:
1. Donación de productos que no son comercializables pero que si pueden ser usados como vestuario.
2. Transformación de prendas que se convierten en materia prima para productos artesanales elaborados por grupos de la comunidad, que luego obtienen recursos económicos de estos en unos talleres que denominamos costureros.
3. Adecuación de prendas que se reparan para que luego puedan ser usadas como vestuario.
4. El lavado de productos que están en buen estado pero que requieren ser lavados antes de ser usados.
5. Destinación final de productos que quedan luego de ser filtrados en las demás líneas y se donan a algunas instituciones que encuentran utilidad en estas o se disponen para ser clasificadas y destinadas finalmente de forma adecuada por la entidad de separación de residuos del municipio Marinilla.

En el 2020, participamos en un concurso de Lacoste, uno de nuestros clientes aliados, que buscaba beneficiar con recursos económicos algún proyecto social de sus empresas proveedoras. A esta convocatoria se presentaron 6 proyectos de diferentes organizaciones alrededor del mundo, y en la oficina central de Lacoste ubicada en Francia, nuestro proyecto, Hilos de Esperanza, fue elegido ganador por unanimidad por el comité evaluador del concurso. ​

DEVBIDA Option (C.E.O Program): acompañamos al Comité Empresarial del Oriente, en la atención, acompañamiento psicosocial y capacitación en artes y oficios a los participantes de este programa, que buscan con ello, mejorar su calidad de vida, la de sus familias y las comunidades rurales del Oriente antioqueño. En 2021 acompañamos 12 grupos, el 95% de los participantes de Opción Devbida finalizaron exitosamente la participación de los cursos, a pesar de estar en situación de pandemia.
En el 2021, seguimos brindando acompañamiento a la Corporación Empresarial del Oriente, en la atención psicosocial y capacitaciones en artes y oficios con la participación de 538 personas.

Fundación Golondrinas: continuando con nuestro propósito de ayuda a la primera infancia, apoyamos activamente a la Fundación Golondrinas, ubicados en los departamentos de Antioquia y Córdoba, quienes atienden a más de 19 mil niños con proyectos de atención integral a la primera infancia, educativos y de desarrollo comunitario.

FAN Sponsor Plan: somos gestores de felicidad y promovemos entre nuestros colaboradores, la participación en el plan padrino de la fundación FAN, en el que, con un aporte mensual, contribuyen con el bienestar y el futuro de los niños que hacen parte de esta entidad de apoyo.

Escuela Camilo C Restrepo: para nosotros, la educación es fundamental para construir país, por ello, coherentes con esta visión, la Compañía gestiona actividades de inversión social, que le apuestan a mejorar el nivel y la calidad de vida de cientos de jóvenes en la Escuela Camilo C Restrepo.

Fundación Juanfe: bajo la convicción de que haciendo sinergias logramos siempre los mejores resultados, nos unimos a la labor social que realiza la Fundación Juanfe y bajo su compromiso de romper los ciclos de pobreza de madres adolescentes marginadas y mejorar sus condiciones de vida, construyendo un mejor futuro tanto para ellas, como para las futuras generaciones, aportamos nuestro granito de arena, para hacer posible sus proyectos sociales y adicionalmente, los dotamos de uniformes tanto para las madres adolescentes beneficiarias, como para el personal de la fundación.

Baby Fresh x Unicef: seres de cuidado es una iniciativa que apoyamos desde 2017, con la cuál hemos impactado a más de 700 familias acompañándolas y ayudándolas de la mano de UNICEF. Nuestras tiendas son centros de donación donde se pueden hacer aportes y comprar los productos en los que se donan el 100% del precio de estos.

Becas Vamos Pa Lante: creemos en la educación como motor principal para el desarrollo de nuestro País, es por esto que nos unimos al programa Vamos Pa Lante, el cual otorga becas de rescate a estudiantes de pregrado de diferentes estratos y regiones del País, que se encuentran en riesgo de desertar de sus carreras por razones económicas, y gracias a este programa podrán continuar con sus estudios y hacer realidad sus sueños profesionales.
